Twenty-four days until we hit the air

We have only twenty-four days until we leave the states. That is not a whole lot of time. We both are at a state where we feel both extremely excited to finally answer the call for our lives and we also feel nervous because six months is a long time to be gone from the familiar. The both of us had to quit our jobs this week, Stacie worked for Starbucks and AmyRose worked for MBCH a correctional facility for troubled teenage girls. It was tough leaving because we had been there for such a long time and it had been a huge part of our lives, yet we know that God has something so much bigger in store for us by quitting and trusting in Him that He is the one that is going to be taking care of us.

So far, we have had the opportunity to raise funds through yard sales, concerts, jewelry parties, bbq's and through support letters. We have spoken at different small groups and churches about what God is going to do in Uganda. We want to thank everyone who has been such a huge support by coming to the events and answering our support letters. This trip would not be possible without your obedience and support.

Continue to pray for us as we prepare for this trip.
